New Sheffield Office Launch
On Tuesday 21 September the Partners hosted a celebration to launch the new Pope Anderson office in Sheffield.
Staff and colleagues were joined by the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, the Master Cutler, clients and friends for an evening of magic and money!
The launch took place in the new office which is located on Sheffield Business Park, guests were wined and dined while being entertained and amazed by close up magic before trying their luck at the fun casino tables. In true Pope Anderson style, the evening didn’t end there!!
Current Topics Update Seminars
In April 2010 we introduced the first in a series of Current Topics Seminars, bringing relevant experts in pension related issues to our clients and contacts.
The first seminar, which was held in both London and Sheffield, covered the impact of the changes in pensions taxation for higher earners and the pensions reforms being introduced from 2012, the new National Employment Savings Trust (NEST).
The subject of our next seminar will be Closed DB Schemes, and will be held in November.
Celebration of 10 Years in Sheffield
On 15 June 2010 Pope Anderson was delighted to host an evening drinks reception at The Cutlers Hall to celebrate 10 years of the Firm's presence in Sheffield.
