We have direct access to the Dun & Bradstreet credit rating agency and are able to review their ratings for our clients. We have successfully worked with many employers to improve their credit rating and substantially reduce the amount of the levy payable to the Pension Protection Fund. It is often the case that only minor actions are required by employers to significantly improve their credit rating. We can also supply a chart showing what the PPF levy would be for each credit rating and funding level so that clients can decide whether further action is cost effective.
