Trustee Secretarial Support

This is individually tailored for each client. This is a useful and efficient resource for smaller schemes where no-one at the company is dedicated to pensions issues; but also for larger schemes where the meeting schedule and subcommittee work and requirements are extensive.

 

The role can extend to acting as the client's pensions department so that members liaise direct with the PALLP dedicated client team via a direct client hotline telephone number or email address.  We also can, if required, coordinate all trustee meetings, liaising individually with trustees on dates and agendas and attending meetings to take minutes to ensure that actions are followed up to agreed timescales. We provide regular ‘Current Topics’ pensions updates and ensure that Trustees and their schemes are kept compliant but adopt a molehill rather a mountain approach.  This is typical of our style which seeks to avoid Consultancy Fee Generation Projects (CFGPs).
